Chargeback Wizard is an automated dispute resolution platform designed for high-performance merchants.
We monitor your accounts for disputes on the Ethoca network, and automatically take action to prevent them from turning into chargebacks.
LiveChargebacks still happen, so when they do let our system automatically fight them on your behalf so you can get back to your business.

We currently support FnnlDb, Konnektive, Response CRM, and Sticky.io for Alerts and Representments. However, 3DS can work with most eCommerce platforms and gateways.
* Stripe doesn't support 3rd party 3DS transactions.
Usage is billed daily for the previous day's usage. If billing fails, your usage may be paused until payment is received, but we'll contact you to work out the details.
If sub-merchant billing is enabled, then each merchant will be billed for their usage separately.
Currently we only accept payments via ACH. We use Plaid to securely connect your bank account to our gateway, your bank account details never get stored in our system.
We are happy to offer volume discounts on our usage rates, simply contact [email protected] to learn more.
Once a merchant account is added, we will notify the alert network to start monitoring the descriptor. It may take 1-2 business days before alerts start coming in, so the sooner your accounts are loaded, the faster you'll see results.
We suggest stopping usage for a merchant account as soon as you know the account is closing. Simply archive the account in our system and we'll handle the rest.
* Ethoca has a delay when stopping Alerts, usually up to 2 business days, that you will still be billed for.
